Other than pre-order products, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 across the United States, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. $15 flat rate shipping on all orders under $100. 
We also offer Express shipping (5-10 business days) for orders across the United States only. Express Shipping will be $25.00 flat rate for orders under $200.00, and free for orders over $200.00.
As per domestic shipping from the U.S. it takes 3-8 days from order to door.  All orders will be sent within 24 to 72 hours of purchase based upon credit verification and availability. Shipping times will vary depending on location.
As per global shipping, we promise for 7-14 business days from order placement (paid in full) to arrive at your doorstep. It takes an average of 3 business days for us to inspect quality, consolidate orders, and ship out in our warehouse (processing), and 3-10 business days for delivery (air shipping). 
Please allow up to 3-4 business days for the tracking to be updated after placing your orders.
As per pre-order products, it's an exclusive option for our core community members (Ask us how!) We provide fast ocean shipping which takes 30-40 business days to arrive at your doorstep.  Given the global supply chain challenges, we have two boats every month, through which you will get to pool with other fellow boutique besties.
For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to KiwiDrop due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. KiwiDrop is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
